Please arrive between 4:30-4:40pm, ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. We recommend using Uber to travel to the venue - keep in mind Mexico City tends to have traffic.
Open bar, seated family-style dinner, many late night treats!
Transportation home will be provided throughout the night to Hotel Luca (Roma Norte neighborhood) at 12am, 1am, 1:30am, and 2am. Expect a late night!

Laid-Back Canal Cruise

For those attending, please all meet outside Hotel Luca at 10:40am, bus will leave promptly at 11am (there’s a coffee shop right in the lobby!)
Xochimilco is a ~40min drive from Hotel Luca. There will be 2 hours of “sailing” time.
Food will be provided (pastries, fruit, tacos, chips) as well as beer, soda, water, and El Nivel tequila!

Where should I stay?
Mexico City has an abundance of boutique hotels, B&Bs, beautiful rentals, and the major hotel chains. We recommend staying within the Roma Norte and Condesa neighborhoods.
We will be staying at hotel La Valise on the corner of Colima and Tonalá, and would love for our guests to stay in the vicinity!
Airbnb and CasitaMX are great options to find well designed and well priced homes for rent throughout Roma Norte and CDMX. This could be a great option for groups!

Know Before You Go
Altitude
Mexico City sits over 7,000 feet above sea level. Make sure to hydrate and get plenty of sleep your first night.
Uber > Taxi
Uber is safe, affordable, and reliable in CDMX - no need to flag street cabs.
Money
Credit cards are widely accepted, but bring some pesos for smaller cafés or markets.
Water
Make sure to always drink bottled or filtered water. Restaurants use purified ice!
Timing
Traffic in CDMX can be unpredictable - leave extra time to get anywhere!
Weather
October is mild with warm days and cool nights. Pack layers and walking shoes!
Language
Practice your Spanish! A few simple phrases and greetings go a long way!

Uber or walking!

We recommend flying into Mexico City’s international airport, Benito Juarez (MEX), then taking an Uber from the airport to your accommodations.

Sure can’t! Not even to brush your teeth. We recommend purchasing plenty of bottled water.

On the wedding day, please Uber to the venue, General Prim (~10-15 min ride from Hotel Luca). In the evening transportation will be provided back to Hotel Luca at 12am, 1am, 1:30am and 2am.
Round trip transportation will be provided to Xochimilco from Hotel Luca on Saturday.
